The process as a whole was actually quite typically for retail banking. Applied online, and received a call about a week later to set up an interview. Following week, had interview with branch manager and assisted branch manager at the location I would be working at. Interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. Received another call a week later with official offer.

It was a short interview where they asked multiple questions scenario based questions. Mainly trying to see if your responses align with the Chase theme of professionalism and customer service punctuality and eagerness to grow.
