Entered hotel where interviews conducted and there was a table where they collected resumes. They gave us a "boarding pass" directing us to an interview room location. Once process began, there were 3 flight attendants and an HR person from "Corporate Soul" and they gave info about the airline including schedules , etc. JSX requires flight attendants to clean the planes after passengers leave in addition to the usual responsibilities. Training is only 2 weeks since there is only 1 type of 30 seat capacity aircraft and less equipment (no AED's, for example). They said they are looking for a standard such as that of Qatar Airways which is very appearance focused. High heels are a requirement so make sure you are wearing! Qatar also has a maximum age of 35 and think they are following that standard based on what I observed. Have a height maximum on 5'8'' due to the small airplanes as well. Very nice overall vibe .

Got invited to group interview. There was close to 100 people and I was in a room of like 50+ for FA role. They randomly called names and asked us each to say a fun fact about ourselves then would ask an interview question which you answered in front of everyone.
