Not being a tech company, the interview wasn't very well tuned or structured to the role. It was much more of a vibe or culture check, and had very little very little technical rigour, especially compared to private sector or GovTech

Second round is assessment round
They give the questions with sample data to proceed
And submit in one week’s time.

At first a telephonic interview to get to know the details of candidate. Then it will be followed be a test on software knowledge or programming languages, software examination. A few programming languages will be tested.

interview with peers and share about experience that could help with development.
