The interview process was mainly behavioural, focusing on my past experiences and how I handled different situations. They assessed my problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills, while also looking at how I reflected on challenges and demonstrated learning and growth.

The hiring process was HR emailing me. The HR missed my email. After which, the interview was short and had a panel of 4 people. The interviewers were late. The HR did not respond to emails on status update for the role until 6 weeks later.
