I was emailed by a HR representative, had a 15 minute phone interview with them. It consisted of very basic questions. Then had an hour long skype interview with people within the department.

Very slow in responding. Waited 6 months for interview. People was polite during interview, asked specific questions about experience, skills, software knowledge. Interview went well. Did not receive offer. Waited for response another 4 weeks

Phone screening with recruiter and two rounds of phone interviews with engineering team. Phone interview lasted about one hour each. Interview was done with manager and couple engineers from the team.
