Depending on which site you are applying for, the questions may be about ‘logic’ old HP type…best case other wise they are about processes…someone with a traditional strong technical engineering background will be surprised at the lack of ‘meat’. Specially in many in their development teams.

Entretien
The process took almost a month, first week HR reviewed your resume, next week hiring manager, another week waiting for interview and last week wait for the result. Before interview, need to well prepared, in my case, the interviewer not asking me about my projects but about company, knowledge about PCB and some behavioral questions.
HR didn't know how to correctly set up a Teams meeting. This lead to a lot of confusion and caused serious delays. The interview process was messy with no clear indication of what was happening.
