Online application then in-person group interview. The interview process involved a 1 on 1 questioning and then some practical skills based exercises in a group such as outfit designing. We then had to justify why we had chosen that outfit.

Online application then in-person group interview. The interview process involved a 1 on 1 questioning and then some practical skills based exercises in a group such as outfit designing.
It was a group interview where we had to create an outfit based on a particular design and then talk about ourselves individually and how we believe we would be best suited to the role.
Group interview with a few tasks such as describing to people where your favourite place is and then going around the shop and picking out a full outfit for a specified event. This was followed by an individual interview with the team
