Interview process was fairly smooth
I applied was contacted by phon. Had a brief preliminary interview then schedule a second interview. During my second interview it was in person and I met with the GM and the owner.
The GM was a pleasure. I received an offer within a couple days

I had a Microsoft Teams Meeting with one of our top 4 managers describing the workplace and the team I will be working with, as well as my first steps to getting certified for tax preparation.

What was my high school education like, and how were my grades?
Pretty standard job interview. The people were very nice and I really liked the office. The office where I worked at was pretty full during the beginning and end of the season, not busy in the middle.
