Multiple rounds, they give a nice document to help you know what to expect. Generally found it to be a smooth process but the second round was so casual and then nothing came of it- felt like they already had a candidate picked out.

Entretien
TA reached out over email. I responded back to see what the opportunity is. Talked to the TA, seemed like a nice small team, agreed on the salary expectations. TA mentioned that she will direct me to the Lead Recruiter. Then it is radio silence. Reached out multiple times but nada. What a disrespectful set of people wasting people’s time.
