Don't waste your time for illogical interviews. First an assignment was given and was asked to submit in the next day. Then had a casual HR discussion followed by technical discussion. Technical discussion was very easy where I was able to answer most of the question. But the twist comes in the end. When I asked for the feedback the was told that I was giving examples while explaining everything and he was not satisfied with this (An illogical feedback).
