1 phone interview which was very conversational. It was almost an hour. He gave background on how the office ran

The process was pretty quick. Had a pleasant phone interview first. Was set up pretty quickly with an in person interview to meet who I would be working with. After one interview I was made an offer.

Phone interview was long but felt like you were talking to your best friend.
There is a personality survey you take and discuss the results when you have your in-person interview.
In person interview was even better. You are very much at ease during the interview process thanks to Jason's personality which makes it a comfortable and safe environment to have a conversation.
