J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jefferies (Los Angeles, CA) en janv. 2020

The process was unnecessarily long and there were an absurd number of interviews. Went something like this:
Initial call/screen with recruiter a few days after applying for the job.
Initial interview with hiring manager
Two video interviews with other senior members of the team
Two very difficult skills tests
Two more interviews with other team members
Another interview with hiring manager
Three more"final" interviews
There was 1-2 weeks between each step and the interviews varied greatly in difficulty but the focus on technicals was heavy in almost every conversation. Almost no fit questions whatsoever, including from the most executive person I spoke with.
The decision was harsh and was based solely off of one bad interview (very last one, number 9...)
Meet HR, then various members of the team, a lot of corporate finance questions, one simple excel model where they test basic knowledge of statements, ability to use excel quickly, calculate returns and discuss output
