Phone call / Zoom first round - mostly qualitative with a few sprinkled in technical questions Followed by another phone call / zoom that was the same Next step was super day with 4 interviews including a paper lbo and short case
Don't waste your time, they conduct the interviews for KPI purpose only, and they will ghost everyone after final round and the position will always go to internal employees. Very unprofessional.

Offer for a job in the london office as an Analyst providing you past HR screening
Its a graduate program so very intensive competition but the questions are not that hard as an experienced level interview. Went through 2 rounds of interviews till superday. Overall the process is very smooth.
