Unprofessional. I was contacted by a HR executive directly on LinkedIn. We then chatted a bit via email and he scheduled a call with me. He did not connect on the call, which was a complete loss of time. He then contacted me again, barely apologizing for the first call and rescheduled a new one. He did not connected on that one either and ghosted me when I asked why. Complete buffoonery.
