Processo simplificado e otimizado. A entrevista foi conduzida de forma que o recrutador estava mais interessado em me deixar conduzir e pontualmente fazia perguntas, nada engessado. A experiência dessa entrevista foi bem tranquila e poderia servir de exemplo.

Interview process was very smooth and everyone I spoke to was professional and kind. I spoke to a couple of senior and director level individuals before accepting the offer. Overall, really enjoyed speaking with open minded individuals who are able to see your potential.

Interviewer was pleasant and appeared engaged. Initial thoughts were that this company would be a good place to work at. However, I changed my mind after I was ghosted midway through the process after scheduling another interview. Very unprofessional as there was no email or follow up at all.
