I thought that the interview process was very well-crafted and holistic, testing different qualities that are fundamental to success as a software engineer. It starts off with a take-home which tests your ability to write clean, production-quality code.
Then there's two technicals which are leetcode-style and test your grasp on data structures. The next round is a very unique one with the CTO which sheds light on your critical thinking and problem solving skills. And lastly, you speak to one of the founders who is absolutely lovely to chat with.
The recruiter was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated that she requested feedback after each round because it meant she really cared about optimizing the experience for candidates.
Definitely recommend interviewing with Jerry. They are pretty thorough with interviewing, but I'd say that's a good thing.

I took the OA and it was moderately difficult (at least for me). It is good to prepare many LC mediums for this. Their online application was pretty simple and I heard back a couple weeks later to take this OA.
Applied online, was sent a coding challenge through email. I had 24 hours to complete it on a selected date. Challenge consisted of implementing a JavaScript program, relatively easy coding challenge.

Entretien
The interview process was quick and the whole process was clear. Good communication with HR, who was responsive and kept me informed at every step. The interviewers were professional and asked relevant technical and behavioral questions. I appreciated the structured approach and the respectful atmosphere throughout. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.
