Started in February. Two in-person meetings and a handful of phone calls through the offer, which came towards the end of April. Lovely people, quick to respond and update on status. Overall pleasant interview process and a great company to work for.

Recruiter and business phone screen, four onsite interviews at the Hoboken HQ office. Really positive and attentive people. Great office and location. I felt like I got a really great sense of the company culture through the interview process. The speed of the whole process was impressive due to their size.

They asked about previous roles, and how I responded to dynamic challenges where there were no clear answers. The interviews were very much focused on innovation and culture fit.
