All in all a straightforward process. Initial phone screen followed by an app based test in the form of a game. After that a phone call with another HR person followed by an eventual interview on sight.

First I had a phone interview, then I had to take an online cognitive assessment. Once I 'passed' the assessment, I had another phone interview with a different manager. There were a total of five different people that I interacted with. Once I completed the last phone interview, they offered to fly me out to New Jersey. Upon arrival, I was shown around the office before I was interviewed by three different people, each with cases for me to work on. They were complicated and simple questions, I overthought a simple one and thought I bombed the interview. Overall, I got the vibe that it was a high pressure and fun environment and didn't expect to get an offer. I did get an offer, but declined because they would not negotiate compensation and I have a newborn baby and a fiancee. I was given a better offer with a tech company in a warmer climate

Had initial phone interview and did an online game assessment. Then did a phone interview with someone on the supply chain team before being flown to NJ for two in-person interviews which were case study heavy. Heard back from them a little over two weeks later.
