Applied on jb website for ground crew in Reagan national airport in washington dc area. 2 weeks later received an email to do a voice recorded interview on the phone. About a week and a half later recieved an email to do a phone interview with a real person. Scheduled the phone interview for tomorrow. I read that voice recorded interview has the same questions as the second phone interview..fingers crossed!!

Group interview, straight to the point with interesting facts and teaching potential employees what to expect. As well as what the training expectations would be and how the selection process would be like when choosing where to station you at.

Entretien
Regular online interview followed by a phone interview then an orientation style interview. Final interview is 2 interviewers and you with 2 other applicants to get asked the interview question head to head.
