Hi there Hope this information will help I apply online on 5/5/2016, on the same day I received an email to take an online assessment. On 5/6/2016 I received another email to complete a virtual interview. ( You will need a computer with internet access and your telephone.) On 5/6/2016 I completed the virtual interview. I had 3 questions And I had to put my phone number to receive the call. I answer all 3 questions. And summit my answers. ( Question need to be answer in STAR, they want to know an specific time that this happen, tast, action taken and the resolution) There is no right or wrong answers but make sure you think about a specifit time. Question: Tell us an specific time you had a customer requesting to do something that you were not able to complete. (Example answer!! (Situation) This happen to me last week with a customer, he called from Florida (Task) asking a refund back to his credit card because he was not happy with the service, (Action) I apologize to customer for this inconvenience And I told the customer I will do any possible to assist, but unfortunately we can process a refund to his credit card, becuase he didnt use his credit card to pay for that service, (Resolution) BUT What I can do is, I can request a credit and send you a gift card with the entire amount spend at that location. Happy camper 😍 On 6/12/2016 email received: Congratulations You have been selected to move forward woohooo There is a link attached to this email that you will need to click and scheduled your face-to-face interview. You have the dates and time that they have available and you choose whatever time you preferred. I took the first one available. I made it to the face-to-face interview, you will need to register your name, then you are taken to a room with other applicants and listen to a really nice JetBlue recruiters. You need to fill some documents and listen to the presentacion benefits and job description and Ask all type of questions. Once your done, you are broken down in 4-5 people and for a group interview section. Same question for all those 4-5 people. Once you complete the questions if you are ask to get a drug test that mean you made it!! At lease for now, Now just waiting on my background and I will be the Next JetBlue 19,001 crewmember 😍 I will keep update once I have more information!!
