Complete and utter waste of time... 4 interviews and bells and whistles for an incredibly too low to live on salary. Company seemed to prefer the ideas of the interview candidates more so than their own senior staff. Lots of incompetence at connecting calls although I guess everyone meant well.

Entretien
I had 4 rounds of interviews. Relatively straight forward questions bout experiences and describing specific situations. I did find out I didn't get the job from HR - they setup a time to call me, which felt like I was getting the offer but turns out it was a rejection.
Very long interview process. Had to go through multiple rounds, and after about a month of interviews I got my offer. I was told mine was considered a quick interview timeline, so it is typically much longer than a month.

Applied online, received a call a week later in which was a phone screen. A week after was called to do an in person interview. Granted an offer 2.5 weeks later
