After applying online, I heard back two weeks later to complete the questionnaire and video interview. The following week, I was invited to the face to face interview. The entire process took about a month and a half. The Blue Review was a very positive experience; everyone was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The day went something like this: listened to a presentation about the company and position, fingerprinting, reach test, PA test, LOD test (if applicable), group activity, one on one interview. Everything went very smoothly, but I would say the most challenging part was the group activity. There were a lot of instructions and the activity was kind of confusing, which made it harder to interact with my group mates, since I was still trying to figure out in my own head what was going on. I don't feel that this activity was a good representation of how I normally work in a team. Overall, the whole process was very organized and timely, and I was always informed of what to expect next. I intend to apply again when I'm eligible next year.

It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
