After applying online I got an email pretty quick after to set up a phone interview. Interview recruiter was super nice. I had a pretty long phone interview a lot of questions asked. Be prepared to answer these questions they are they ones that they asked me. Three weeks later they called me back to schedule an interview at LIC for the week after.
