I received a call 4 days before the interview for me to fly to New York for a 2 hour interview. This definetely caught me off guard, but the recruiter was very nice and positive on the phone. The interview was a group setting, where we saw a brief presentation, made a pitch about why we wanted to work for JetBlue, and went to a group interview setting. Overall positive experience.
