There are two phone screens followed by a 3 hour in-person interview. There is no recruiter involved, you will only speak to members of the engineering team. For the most part, everyone is very friendly and communicative. I did have one exception where I had an interviewer who didn't seem to ever understand what I was telling him. He had a whiteboard problem that was pretty open-ended, and I needed to ask a lot of questions to try to tighten down the requirements. But when he doesn't understand what I'm saying, that makes it impossible and frustrating. It made me feel like I was wasting my time. It became obvious pretty early that this is more of a title and escrow company than a technology company. I got the impression that it wouldn't be much of a challenge to work here.
