Meeting with the TA Lead, HM & peer, stakeholders. It was a great process - despite time zone differences the Talent Lead managed the communications very well. I had two other processes at the same time and even though they were aligned to my time zone, JobAdder still ended up moving more quickly. Friendly, and now I've been in seat for a few months, everything had been realistically described. Team was friendly and always made time for questions. It felt very two way.
