There was no virtual interview, only a writing test. They make you write a 500 word article on whatever topic you want. They pay you for your test article. I'm not sure if this has changed.

You have to download JobGet, and the recruiter will message you and send a (paid) test to complete. There weren't many questions at all. After the paid test, they determine if you're eligible or not.
