Sat down one on one talked a while did the basic Interview got a call a month later because they hired someone then Needed an additional person. Got linked up with HR drug test background lots of paper work and I was in. He stated the job was very demanding didn't know what that meant till later. It meant time wise you'll work very weird hours forcibly. Part of being on call, and it happens more frequently than not

Interview with third party over the phone. Then in person interview with Field Operations Manager (FOM) at the warehouse you'd be working. You will likely know if you got the job fast as they are usually short-staffed.

My resume was reviewed by a competent lead technician who held a higher position with the company for 15 years. The pertinent questions were asked and positions on different issues were made known.
