Offered a seemingly simple initial chat. However unprepared to listen to anything which involved a two way conversation. Company culture is likely to follow, Echo-ing similar comments about 'throwing you to the wolves' etc

Simple one to one interview via teams. Typical compentency based and cultural fit questions so overall interview was easy. However be warned, they start of nice to reel you in but once you're in you'll want to leave pretty sharpish. The leads are low quality and quantity. They expect you to make business from nothing and will blame you for lack of leads. Be careful if joining. I wouldn't recommend it.
