Their job descriptions can be vague at times so it is important to ask specific questions in the interview to ensure the role meets the expectations of the candidate.

There was a 30 minute phone screening followed by an assessment over excel. The recruitment process then went to an interview panel. There was a coffee chat prior to hire. The process was extremely long.

It went well, with a two round interview process with members of the team both times but communication was slow and then stopped without follow-up. They asked questions about my past experiences, how I would handle certain scenarios a that often come up on their project, and my availability.
