Its A very basic interview since they hire you from their in house Temp Service. After 90 days of working as a temporary associate you are considered for employment after taking a U.A. drug test and submitting the required paperwork (I-9 & W-2, ect.) its simply a waiting process as long as your are a good worker and dont get sick.
