My interview experience was fairly laid back. There was one phone and one in person interview, both with the same interviewer. All the questions were pretty standard interview questions with no curveballs.

Explain a difficult situation you've failed in a sales role, and how you overcame that issue to make the sale.
2 rounds of interview. First was an in-person with the hiring manager. Next was a virtual interview with hiring manager and Market General Manager. STAR and behavioral based questions. Overall, a smooth process

Entretien
First round with HR/Recruiter was so dry. There was zero excitement or inflection in their voice when speaking about the company or role and they did not come on camera.
Easy as i was asked a couple of questions. You have to just be yourself ya know. Great process. Be prepared to role play. I had a couple of calls and zoom interviews and that was it.
