The interview process was great. I enjoyed the conversation I had with the interviewer and appreciated the questions they asked. The JL rep was very nice and created a comfortable environment.
One round of in person interviews with a partner, principal, and senior manager. We each had about a 15 minute conversation with each individual about what it is like to work in public accounting at a smaller firm. It was mainly a test of if you would be a good fit for the company.

Total of 3 interviews, which consisted of meeting with HR personnel, associate, senior and partner. Questions were mostly conversational and behavioral-based, which allowed for a very easy interview process.
