I was invited to an assessment day, consisted of a presentation about the company, before a group exercise and some Numerical/Verbal reasoning tests (the numerical one was without a calculator, but pen ect were provided). Lunch was provided alongside the opportunity to speak to some of the team. Unfortunately we were all told that we would hear back from them by the end of the week - I have yet to hear 2 weeks later, despite emailing them to ask for feedback.

Applied for the role at the beginning of the year and got no response. Months later in August, I received a video interview invite out of the blue. Completed the interview and didn’t receive any acknowledgment/response.
