I attended an assessment centre. Overall it was a good experience, although I’ve noticed a lack of professionalism from HR person/department. They promised us to pay the travel expenses and the day of the assessment they asked us to send them an email requesting a form in order to do that. I’ve sent them a couple of emails just in case they didn’t get the first one, but I haven’t received any answer to them. Talking with friends who also attended interviews/assessment centres at JM; this seems quite common in this company. As I say, this reflects a lack of seriousness from Johnson Matthey. I was thinking about applying to other jobs, but I just didn’t like their aptitude, so I won’t.
