Initial interview was with four members of the JLL team, as a meet-n-greet. Great dynamics of the interview team, creating a enjoyable dialog on the expectations of the position advertised and the qualifications of the applicant.

The interview was conducted over the phone. It was very easy going and less than 20 minutes. We just went over the job requirements and if I felt comfortable with performing all of them.

I was not living in the area, so the big question was if I could relocate on time to start the job.
Very professional and structured and in three stages (the first being a screening call from an external recruiter). Interviewee's were very clear during the interview and the process from start to finish. The interviews were mostly competency based questions.

Was normal when they asked about your interest and why you wanted the job. They revealed the location of the building they wanted to assign to me and there was a lot of words that signify a red flag.
