had 3 rounds well maintained. Asked around series of questions had 3 exams first and then a final interview. After interview there was 4 weeks of training if someone passes that they became a junior auditor.

There were previous preliminary exams to assess auditing accuracy. The interview itself was very simple, explaining what an auditor is suppose to perform and a few other questions to assure fitness to the team and the training process.
