District Manager called me for an interview. After that interview, I had another interview with the store manager. About 3 days after that interview I got a call from the district manager asking to meet with me. At the meeting I was offered the position and was given a pay plan to look over and make my decision

Easy process. Very chill and good environment. Overall the job is a very fun and relaxed environment with a little bit of controlled chaos. Would recommend for anyone needing sales experience

honestly pretty easy. Open ended questions that require
1) situation
2) actions took
3) results
most people don't answer all three, but if you show potential and your open hours are good youre almost guaranteed a position.
