J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Journeys en oct. 2011
Entretien
First, Journeys gets a TON of applicants. The best way to get a job is to go in and get an application in person. When you do, ask if the manager's available and introduce yourself. A great line is, "My name is ___, I love your store and have open availability. I'll bring this back shortly." Then LEAVE. Do not sit there and fill it out like Will Smith in Men in Black. Go down to a nice clean area and fill it out. Bring it back to the manager you spoke with, thank them and leave.
Do not stay around the store and talk to the manager unless they're asking you questions. Try to remain this nice blur in their mind until you land an interview. If you don't get a call, go back to the store a week later and ask if you could interview with them sometime.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The sad part is that the questions are written poorly by corporate for the managers. Most ask about past sales experience while 75% of the applicants are high school kids with no experience. If you are a highschooler with no experience, good luck. Hopefully the manager is smart and has re-written the questions to reflect on your school activities instead. If not, relate questions to your schoolwork.

It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Entretien
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
