The hiring process consisted of an initial interview, a technical interview, and a final interview. I completed all stages, and the HR representative told me she would get back to me within a week. However, when I followed up for an update, I received no response and was essentially ghosted. It would have been more professional if they had just informed me of their decision, whether positive or negative. It feels very unprofessional.
