I had a phone call with a HR then an hour interview video call with 2 designers. Everyone was very nice and professional. The main issue (and that's why my experience was bad) is that they promise a 24h feedbacks that they cannot make. After the 2 interviews, I sent 2 emails with no answer... 10 days later (!!) another HR notified me that my HR left for holidays without saying anything to me and leaving me in the dark. I didn't get the job - which is ok - but I just had an automatic email. When I ask some feedbacks I didn't have the chance to have any... Probably a nice company to work for and nice people but not organised in the recruitment process.
