3 Phases: HR interview, technical interview with code challenge as homework and then a third, final interview. They were always very receptive to questions about the company and the inner workings of the dev teams.

Technical interview with the CTO focused on backend architecture and Laravel concepts, followed by a PHP/Laravel task. The discussion was professional, structured, and engaging, providing a positive and insightful experience.
