Pre-prepared 15 presentation on a topic of the choice, usually how to sell one of the products their companies offer. In my case, it was about an app for group life insurance. The challenge being how to make a product employers don't want to buy attractive. It was a one to one interview with one of the Jumpstart organisers. The atmosphere was quite casual and the interviewer very kind. They did not create an atmosphere of pressure or intimidation.
