They interviewed me and made me go through a mini lesson for computer science first to see if I was fit for the role. I was instantly rejected without any reason after I spent 50 minutes on the interview in addition to prep work. They gave me another opportunity to interview for the math instructor role. I emailed them to ask them how I could've improved and they took 10 business days to tell me that they were unable to give me feed back on my previous interview. I went along to interview for that math instructor role which consisted of a very similar mini-lesson. Instantly rejected the next few days. Honestly, I'm not sure what they are looking for and a complete waste of time. They don't even pay that well.

Easygoing. Have your lesson prepared beforehand. They ask you simple questions but it seems as if they needed substance in your answers so really think about the passion you have for the subject. Since you are preparing the lessons they also want you to be knowledgable of the subjects and relatable.
