Entretien
Initial interview was over the phone with a Juno/Human Resources employee. She made an appointment to speak with me via email. I had a great conversation with the recruiter; she was pleasant and did a great job describing the position and what it's like to work at Juno. The questions were primarily personality and skills review related. Recruiter wanted to move forward with next steps and schedule me for a phone interview with the hiring manager and gave me the hiring manager's name and LinkedIn profile. I Followed up with recruiter a few days after not hearing from her with no response. I tried contacting her a couple more times within the next ~two weeks but no response. I received an automated response 1.5 months later that the position had been filled. Never did hear back from the recruiter. I understand that another more qualified candidate had been selected, but I thought it was pretty unprofessional to initially start moving forward with next steps and then go completely silent with no explanation.
