Last minute my schedule opened up. Spoke with local Market Manager about possibility of initial interviews. A few moments later received call to meet owners at corporate office that afternoon. Owners...not mid level flunkies. Short wait time. (I did interrupt their schedule). Spent the next hour being explained their vision and approach for turning around and growing what had become a faltering company. No sales pitch, No Interview. This is where we are going. This is what we are doing. This is what we need. I do not believe I was interviewed. I was not 'sold' on the company. I was introduced to very energetic and passionate people, and offered to join their team.
