Quite straight forward, telephone interview, competency and then a personality check. All of this was in line with what I expected and how other insurance firms interview for similar roles

They had three interview stages. The first consisted of an initial screening, and motivational questions. The second interview focused on general industry knowledge, and the final interview round was based on more technical skills.

This is one of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. The whole process consisted of 3 rounds over 2 months. After every round there was 3+ weeks of cold silence and required regular follow-ups to simply find out the status. Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to interact with the Hiring Manager due to various reasons on Just's side. Worse was yet to come - it's been 6 weeks since the 3rd (and final) round, I am yet to get a final closure. Every time I ask the recruiter, I get the same response - he is yet to get feedback from the hiring team and has escalated it internally. Speaks volume about their culture. Update: After posting the review, the very next day the recruiter informed that the role has been deprioritized! :) Best of luck to those who are still interested in this company.
