The process initially moved quickly, are a little quicker than average given the environment of the current job market and length of interview processes. I spoke with a recruiter, then had a video call with the district area manager, and moved on to have a video interview with the CEO and the President of the company. The call seemed to go well and I waited to hear back one way or another. The recruiter ghosted me, even after I tried to contact him twice. My information was then passed around to the recruiter's colleagues for other roles that did not fit what I was looking for, as discussed at the beginning of this process. The pay initially discussed that was budgeted for the role was also not conducive with the experience they wanted, having a professional degree, and the work load anticipated. It you want to hire doctors, especially doctors with experience, pay accordingly. Our education is not cheap, our experience is invaluable, and the pool of professionals in this field is small. Overall, a disappointing and negative experience, leaving a tarnish on this brand for me professionally. People deserve to be treated with respect, and if this company and its affiliates cannot respect someone enough to send a simple email, after an arduous interview process, then they likely will not treat you with respect if you are one of their employees.
