Standard interview process, three people including manager, team leader and HR member at the first stage. Additional stage with team from Belgium, completely in English. I was test tested how I would perform a task for the job applied for and also a logic problem to solve. Coming from a different field of expertise this seemed quite odd to be introduced in the interview itself.

The process took about 3 months in total. - First I had a phone call with a recruiter - Interview with the team lead & some analytical tasks to complete - Second interview and an In-tray exercise that lasted around 4 hours
