Talked to two individuals about the roles the company performs, a bit about company history, and what exactly the job entailed. Then they asked about my work experience and personal skills that i thought would be helpful to my performance

Phone interview, in-person interview with tour. Meet with the group lead and several active flight controllers in your discipline of choice. Found out within a few days about job offer
It was very straight forward. They asked a lot questions about my character, problem solving process, and experience. The interviewers were both friendly and made attempts to resonate with some of points I made.

KBR recruiter contacted me about the application process for flight controller and what does the job entail. 2nd interview was mostly behavioral questions and no technical questions with a former flight controller.
